“Real estate is my passion...wherever there is a need or a problem, I want to fix it or fill it...it’s just in my DNA.”

Suzi’s real estate career began after nearly a decade working in the medical field as an Electroencephalography (EEG) Technician in Orange County, when she was invited into the real estate industry via a property management firm that featured several commercial property owner and developer portfolios. After several years this evolved into an opportunity extended by one of the very successful Orange County owner/developers, to co-found his sole proprietorship property management firm. The firm’s portfolio was comprised of strip centers, an historical four-story office building, a small R&D industrial park, and the lease-up of a specialty shopping center from the ground up.

Suzi was born in Phoenix, Arizona, and raised in California. She has lived all over California from Eureka, to San Francisco, to the Palos Verde desert, and finally settling in Orange County when her two children were toddlers. But when she discovered the coastal town of Corona del Mar and a local yacht club there, she says “her world changed forever!” Suzi became involved in sailing and was a crew member of one of the first all-girl racing crews in the area. She has continued to be active in sailing and cruising and in chairing various boating and social activities at the yacht club over the years.

During her real estate career, Suzi became a Director of Property Management for another major OC developer of multiple R&D industrial parks that comprised 1,200,000 square feet. At another juncture, she partnered with a Pacific Rim firm to assist in the acquisition of commercial properties throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties, which included shopping centers, high-rise office and large apartment complexes. One of her most challenging projects was being the point-person for the assemblage of multiple real estate parcels within a full city block adjacent to the World Trade Center in Long Beach. Assembled under Limited Partnership Agreements, the goal was for the parcels to receive entitlements to be sold to a third-party developer.

In addition to her real estate ‘passion,’ Suzi actively supports her community organizations such as the Corona del Mar Chamber of Commerce and Speak Up Newport, where she volunteers in multiple events throughout the year. However, some of her most treasured moments are spending time with her family and "extended family" of long-time friends at the Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club—all of whom share the common passion and love of boating and the ocean.
