Compliance Oversight: If you choose not to use a Transaction Coordinator, you have the option to add one of our compliance officers into your deal room. The compliance officer will oversee your deals and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards at a cost of $25 per transaction.

Alternatively, agents can opt to receive commission payouts in the form of a check, which will be mailed to their designated address.
